Doesnt work sadly

I did email customer support but no reply.

I am usuing the ASUS Transformer Pad all I get is a blank loading screen. I finally get to the menu screen and try to start the game the sound stutters and a black screen. When I go to exit out I get an outline and a blue bugged out box at the bottom. So whats going on?

    I apologize for the delayed response. Your device uses a ULP GeForce GPU, which runs at the equivalent speed of a Tegra 3 GPU. Unfortunately this is below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully, and may cause graphical and/or performance issues such as the ones you are describing. We recommend playing on an Android device above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support for further assistance, or a refund request.
