Hi, I know you guys don't usually give refunds but I'd appreciate if you guys could make an exception. I recently bought Game of Thrones and my game keeps crashing. My Macbook Pro shuts right down and it takes about a minute to turn back on. I instead bought the game on my xbox 360 to play instead but I'd still like my money back, please and thank you :) (Also I bought the game through your site, not steam)

    Telltale does offer refunds, I was able to get refunded for TFTBL. But this is better in the support section where someone will help you out there.

    Great thanks! Sorry, I thought i was in the right section. I clicked on the support link and it reloaded the community page. Must have been my computer. Thanks for the help.
