I want to congratulate the author of these videos, just a few days ago I was 100% sure it was fake, now I'm 99% sure it is fake - that's some serious progress right there, dude!

My thoughts:
If real: It looks really unfinished.. So either a scrapped project (after season one ended, during timespan of 101&102, or scrapped before the game even launched. <--- That would explain why the fonts are different.) or a working progress TTG is currently working on.
If fake: He did an okay job of making it look good or convincing.
These videos were posted days ago, were taken down, and with TTG left silent about the situation. Just because of that, i am like 50% percent it's real. More like 55%, actually.

Also, @puzzlebox did debunk the fake SDCC teaser, but she did say there was a real one, but I never got the luxury of seeing it.
So she could do it again for this, but I don't really care. They've got games to make.
What Blind Sniper said. Also, the latest video has currently been viewed by less than 500 people and hasn't been reported on by any major gaming site. Most people were probably sent there from this thread, and the consensus here is that it's fake. So you're looking at a very small amount of people who are thinking it's real. It's not worth Telltale's effort to clear things up.

I personally think this was scrapped before the game launched, but it kinda does look fake.
Again, that's far too early for Telltale to start work on a DLC Episode in the first place I would think.
