I'm at the very end and wondering why I haven't hit the ground yet

What should I grab onto? I have the arm and some money, but I just can't figure out what I should do to save myself and the others.

Edit: Sorry for the misleading advice. I had remembered the scene incorrectly. - Here is an update:
Hint 1:

You need the Helium bottle Monty Muzzle is holding. Find a way to make him let go of that bottle.

Hint 2:

Think about what Monty likes most.

Hint 3:

You need the money bag floating above you. Find something go grab it.

Hint 4:

Take the extension hand and use it on the money bag.

Hint 5:

Now think of a way to make Monty reach for the money.

Hint 6:

Use the money bag with the propeller. Now you can grab the helium bottle.

Hint 7:

Find something to fill with helium.

Hint 8:

Use the helium bottle with the big mustache from the Muzzler that Wallace is holding.
