If you start the game, and are in Windowed Mode, please try switching to Full Screen mode by opening the Settings menu in-game, then going to the Graphics menu. Inside there, you will have the ability to toggle Full Screen mode On and OFF, then clicking Apply Settings. You can also switch between the two modes by using the shortcut (Alt+Enter for PC, Command+F for Mac).
