Certain points in Episodes 3 and 4 are shorting out my Television.

So this has not happened for a single other thing. I can watch countless hours of Netflix and have a hardcore game of Titanfall and be hunky-dory.

But for some reason whenever I get to certain points or sections in The Walking Dead my television completely shits itself, the screen goes black and the red light on the front blinks seven times. The TV is a Panasonic TH-L39EM5A.

The first time it happened was in Episode 3 where you talk to Lilly in her room. I had to just wait out the entire conversation because everytime I tried to do it the TV would shut off and start blinking. So I just waited a few minutes until Lee was outside the room and the Convo was over and then there were no problems at all for the rest of the Episode.

Now I'm playing Episode 4 and Lee's just down in the Sewer and the TV is shorting out again. I unplugged it and plugged it into it's own power point and I can play for about 10 secs before it turns itself off again. Unfortunately for this bit I can't just out-wait the bloody conversation.

I tried to google it and have had diddly squat in luck finding anything even remotely similar.

Doe you guys have any idea what might be going on and what I could do to fix it? Just about to uninstall the game and re-install it just in case.

Thanks for the help guys.

Can you please clarify if you are connected to the TV using an HDMI cable, or a different cable? Also, what is the TV's current output? HD, or standard definition?
