I think mine is nice with normal people like butcher who can help you, but I hate assholes like georgie or crane so with them I am not so nice but rather kick their asses
My Bigby is kind and probably took the least-violent options as possible. Not that I didn't choose to get angry at times, because it's necessary at points in the game, but I prefer to not punch the smithereens out of someone if it's not the right moment for it. There's a time for everything, I think.
My Bigby was harsh and helpful. Was aggressive to liars no matter if they were good or bad. And My Bigby was almost always loyal to Snow, except for the case of Dum.
My first playthrough, I tried to play him as in the comics... but quickly it became how I would play him if I were Bigby...
Second playthrough, I tried to be a jerk to everyone, but a good detective... it hurt a LOT and I don't really want to retry that, although I would be intrigued to play him as a jerk and a horrible detective...
I played Bigby as a merciful sap. 8U I didn't hurt anyone unless it was a fight (and even then I never had Beast at my mercy eheh...), and I spared Dum, though I did mercy-kill Georgie because I felt rather bad for him in the end. I even decided to imprison the Crooked Man rather than throw him down the well. I also treated most people as respectfully and kindly as I could, unless they were a jerk to me. I'm probably in the minority, but I made sure Colin got sent to the farm. Gives me shit and then has the nerve to ask for my drink, fuck his passive-aggressive bitchy nature.

Third, I had to play him as nicely as possible.
