TWD my info gathered by Support tool

I ran the Support Tool in my PC (Win7, 64bit)
I'm trying to play TWD Season 1, I can't pass the log in. Literally nothing happens when I complete the form.
Please help, thanks.

    After looking over your Support Tool information, you should be able to play the game successfully. If you are experiencing difficulties logging into your Telltale Account, please try restarting the game. Then after you have finished entering in your email address and password, instead of clicking 'Sign In', try pressing the Enter/Return Key on your keyboard, and see if you are then able to log in successfully, and play the game.
