    Can you please clarify what platform you are playing the game on? (PC/Mac/PS3/Xbox/iOS/Android?) Depending on where/what store you purchased the game from, you will need to contact that distributor directly for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests, and they will be able to assist you further with your request. If you purchased the game directly from our website, please contact/email our Support Staff at Support@telltalegames.com. Please make sure to include the email address associated with your Telltale account, and the Order ID number that you received at the time of purchase, and they will be able to assist you.
