Why are Lilly's clothes so clean? All that blood in room 207 and no blood stains are on her outfit. Crazy crazy!

    If Lilly was missing for weeks, why didn't Holly and Gren go to the Pudding and Pie to find her. Lilly should have been there if she was missing for weeks. It seems like the most obivious place to look first. Could it be the Crooked man was keeping her as a prisoner or something?
