Frozen Starting Up Screen?!
Okay, so I have a PS4 that is about a year old and have obviously bought and played through episode 1 of GoT. I have successfully bought and downloaded episode two and the game acknowledges that I own episode 2 and it gives me an option to play it. HOWEVER, when I try and start it up, I get the spinning-wheel loading screen, which IMMEDIATELEY freezes and the game won't load! I have updated the application, restored licenses, turned off and on the PS4, and still nothing works!! PLEASE i am a huge fan of your amazing story-lines, but I'm sorry to say that I have had some sort of error with EVERY game I've purchased from you . I know you already got my money so you don't care, but please help me with this problem.Btw I don't have a season pass, I have only purhcased episodes one and two, also I had no issues with episode 1 so I don't know why this is happening to me. I also haven't been able to find anyone with the same problem as me

I sincerely am sorry for any difficulties this has caused you. Are you currently connected to the internet using a wireless internet connection, or a wired connection? Also, after you have successfully downloaded and installed Episode 2, have you tried starting Episode 2 on a new save slot to make sure you did not receive an incomplete/corrupted download file of Episode 2, and you are able to play the episode successfully?
Yes I am sure that the PlayStation4 is connected to the internet, and to make sure, I even started up Netflix right before trying the GoTE2, and it still wouldn't work. It's still the same issue, there is an option to play Episode 2, and when clicked, the loading screen (like turning clock gears I think?) isn't moving and the screen remains like that until I close out of the game; meaning obviously, the game doesn't show. I also tried your advice of choosing another save slot, but the same exact thing keeps happening (odd, right?). I would try and send you a video/screenshot of my problem, but I'm no youtuber so I have no idea how to videotape content from PS4 lol. Also, sorry for harsh words before, I just get upset when I don't get what I paid for (btw I loved your Walking Dead game, literally had me in tears w/ that ending
). Any more ideas though on what I can do?

My apologies, I recommend try deleting Episode 2 from your PS4, and re-downloading it from the in-game Episodes menu. Then try starting the episode again. If you still experience the issue, and would rather like to inquire about a refund, please contact Sony Support for further assistance regarding refunds for games purchased through the Playstation Store.
