Hi,

Anyone else find that downloading of episodes is just crazy slow. Mines been running for 3-4h now just for one episode (2). I have a 150Mb connection as well.

I can't believe that once you pay your money this is the level of service that is provided. As I type this the download has been stuck on 97% for the last 5 minutes!

    It got to 97% and then crashed! So now having waited 4h I have to start all over again.

    My apologies, if you are experiencing any issues with downloading Episodes for Season One on Mac, one of moderators put together an unofficial guide for Mac users here - https://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33233

    Please take a look at this thread and see if this solution works for you. This may appear complicated on the surface, but the 'Manual Download' option should be fairly straight forward if you'd like to try it.
