I doubt Bigby kills Rose, Snow would kill Rose. Snow would not die from a thorn since Bigby would warn Snow of what Rose knows. The most likely is Bigby or Snow becoming President of The Black Forest.
Option 1: That would be nice to see, but I want Rose to be killed by Snow. It's only right that the sister kills the sister imo...
Option 2: I can see this happening, it sounds like something Jack Horner would pull off. If it is President of the United States, then the Fables living in America will be safer than they ever were before...
Option 3: If this happens, who's to say it happens instantly? Maybe it takes Snow centuries to be killed from it? Either way, it isn't a desirable outcome for me or anyone else...

Well I'm not sure how to not be bias about my own opinion, but the reason I prefer she didn't die is because she has come a long way all the growing and planing would just go to waste, also I find Snow kind of annoying. So I'm hoping for the amazing miracle Snow dies
If they both live then fair enough, but if they both die then the fans will be traumatised! Most comments suggest that the fans want Bigby and Snow to reunite and live their Happily Ever After (which is what I want to happen) If Snow dies and Rose lives, then it will be a shock, but the prophecy of one killing the other will be fulfilled...
The only real explanation for this is because of Bigby's Wolf heritage, in that he bore her a litter like a Wolf does, and that litter contained sons as well as daughters, like a Wolf in the wild...
Snow was meant to marry Magus Atlantes, who was a powerful sorcerer, and their future depicted both boys and girls. Maybe the fact that Snow was meant to marry someone with powerful magic, or a Wolf, is what led to her bearing sons. If she conceived children with either Prince Charming or Prince Brandish, then they would've likely had daughters given how the 2 Princes are not magical in their own way...
Alas it hasn't been officially explained, but the way I see it is that because Wolves bear male and female cubs in their litters, is the reason why Snow could have Sons in the first place.
my money is on either both snow and rose surviving or both snow and rose dying, one being alive and the other dead seems unlikely.

Option 2: while Jack may be the most likely candidate, I don't think he would be the sole one. Another candidate I can think of is King Cole. He lost the mayor election once to Charming, and became ambassador of Fabletown and stayed in the Arabian Fables community for a while as well, so he just might use his experience to run for President (I know Cole is in Briar Rose's last story, but since mundy Presidency doesn't last forever, events of Briar's last story could happen after Cole's term as President ends)
Option 1: while Snow killing Rose would have a more satisfying result, I actually wouldn't mind seeing this. What if it happens like this? Rose gives Bigby order to kill Snow (as shown in #149), and comes to check the results (on whether Snow has actually been killed). But she is surprised/shocked when she finds Snow alive and Bigby being unresponsive to her magic (maybe Bigby's sheer will and Snow's magic warding off Rose's magic). and gets killed by Bigby.
As long as it's not Option 3, I would be fine with either Option 1 and Option 2.

I don't know about Mr. Dark, but since Winter has become the new North Wind, she has taken her grandfather's place and thus his role. Doesn't that mean that he is gone forever?
They're both sealed within the Box, it is hinted that if you open it then they will both return...
So they aren't actually dead, they're 'technically' dead

She was a likable character, but those days are gone for me. I am hoping to see her die in this issue. After all, one of the sisters must.
