The second chapter of Up is almost ripe in my head. My imagination is always very productive during physical exercising.

I slept for 6 hours only cause 4 dogs were barking and woke me up. And I didn't feel like sleeping later on -_- Ugh... if only I could sleep for 9 hours one time. ;-;

Try walking or other exercise before sleep. It helps.
Believe me, once you're working sleep comes without problem
I sleep 10-11 hours on weekends.
