Is the game going to add spanish subtitles, at some point?

    I don't think so. Every TT game since TWD:S1 had officially only English subtitles (at least I think so). However, it is possible that someone will make unofficial subs for your language.

    The Walking Dead has spanish subs so this game will have them at some point. Probably sometime after all Episodes are out.
