Episode Two Issue

Hi there,

I purchased the Telltale Games Collection a few weeks ago. I have had no issues with any of the games until today. My understanding is that you get the full seasons of the games that have all episodes released, and the Season Pass for those without all episodes, like Tales from the Borderlands and GoT. I have yet to play Tales from the Borderlands, as i prefer to wait until all episodes are released and just play straight through. So upon hearing that Episode 2 is now released for it i thought i may as well download and install it so its done. But, going into the games episodes option, it is trying to make me phurchase it. I have viewed other post people have made concering any issues they have had and tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game and restarting the machine which seems to have worked for them, but still it only says 'Available'. To me this means it is unpurchased, yet i should have the Season Pass that came with buying the collection. In the Downloads there is the game file along with the update file, but nothing else. Can someone please help with this problem please.

I apologize for any difficulties caused by this. Could you please clarify if you have tried accessing Episode 2 from the in-game Episodes Menu? When you open the Episodes Menu from in-game, are you seeing Episode 2 as 'Purchased but not Downloaded', or something different? You should be able to select Episode 2 from the Episodes menu if it says 'Purchased but not Downloaded' in-game, and it will take you to the Playstation Store page where you will be able to download the episode for free because you own the Season Pass.

In the Episode Menu it has Episode 2 as 'Available'. Clicking on it takes me to the Playstation Store where it tries to charge me £3.99 for it. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game but that didnt make a difference. For some reason deleteing it the goingg into my Library to reinstall it always brings up the following:

'This content is already being downloaded.

    Game of Thrones'

This then starts it to download GoT Episode Two AGAIN, before starting to redownload the Borderlands. Yet that game, GoT, is already installed and updated to Episode Two. When i go to my Library and select the game. The overview at the top says Game Unlock | Telltale Games. i assume this is clarification that the Season is purchased, but there doesnt seem to be a download for the Season Pass itself and only the game with a update file.

I have tried and tried numerous times throughout today and everytime it always seems to download the following:

    1. Game file
    2. Update file
    3. Game of Thrones Episode Two

So why its downloading the GoT Ep 2 instead of the Borderland Ep 2 is totally confusing. Is there anyone i can contact that can help out with this and who can maybe look at why its doing this??

I recommend going to the Downloads menu inside the Notifications menu on your PS4, and make sure any Game of Thrones downloads have been cleared out of that menu. Then you should find the Episode 2 download inside of that menu, and you should be able to resume the download, and it will then complete and allow you to access the episode in-game. (You may need to restart your PS4 after the download and installation is complete for it to take effect.)

I have deleted the game again, then deleted everything from the 'Notifications' -'Downloads', including the notification for the new system update and updates for other games, and all GoT ones. Restarted machine then went to 'Library' and redownloaded the Tales from the Borderlands again. It went through all the other games in the pack saying:

    'Cant Download

(Name of Game ie Wolf Amongst Us, GoT, etc)

    Already Installed on machine

Then its started downloading Borderlands again along with the Update File and the GoT Episode Two yet again. For some reason it seems to be downloading that Episode Two instead of the Borderlands one. Any idea on why this is happening? If i delete and uninstall all the others i assume i will also loose all the saved files and stuff from the ones i have played. Is this correct? There must be a reason as to why this is doing this and someway to put it correct.

Also just so you know it is also doing this with the new GoT Episode 3 is now available and wanting me to purchase it. It seems any new episode is NOT automatically being purchased and been made available for download and is sayimg 'Available Now' instead of the Purchased it should say at the very least. I am correct in saying that the £79.99 i spent on buying this pack should have incuded the Season Passes for all those that werent complete seasons aint i? Surely something is wrong here somewhere that someone knows how to fix

Your save files are stored within your System Storage, and deleting any Telltale Games from your PS4 will only delete the game, and downloaded Episodes. It should not touch your save files. Can you please clarify if you can press the Options Button on your PS4 controller while hovering over the Game of Thrones episode 3 download, and pause that download, so that the Tales From The Borderlands episode download resumes?

The Episode 3 Game of Thrones is saying the same as Borderlans Episode 2, and that is that i have to purchase it. I bought the bundle and it is supposed to have the Season Pass for both games. But the Season Pass is not inside the bundle when it gets downloaded. I have tried deleting EVERYTHING including all save games, i have tried 'Restore Licenses' and then 'Rebuild Database' which was suggested by Sony. Then redownloading the FULL bundle again with all fresh installs and still no Season Pass. The bundle includes the following files:

    1. The Walking Dead Complete Season One
    2. The Walking Dead Complete Season Two
    3. Wolf Amongst Us Complete Season One
    4. Tales from the Borderlands
    5. Game of Thrones
    6. Games of Thrones Episode 2

There is 'Update Files' also but NO Season Passes. Other games i have installed also have the Season Passes there, but there is NONE with the TellTale Bundle at all. The issue is not with the games, so trying this that and the other will not work. The passes themselves are not included in the bundle pack, as there should be.

Thank you for providing the extra information. If you can, could you please take a few screenshots for me of what you are seeing in the store pages? The screenshots I would need from you are:

    1) The Telltale Collection store page showing that you own the Collection (The Store saying 'Purchased')
    2) The Store pages for each game's Season Pass (The ones that say 'Purchased', as well as GoT and Borderlands telling you to 'Buy' them)
    3) The in-game Episodes Menus for GoT and Borderlands showing the Season Pass as not owned (Telling you to purchase it)
    4) The Store page saying you must purchase the episode for 3.99 after selecting an episode from the Episodes menu in-game.

If you could take these screenshots and upload them to a File Hosting Website, then copy and paste the download links to those screenshots to me in a private message, I could then pass them along to the team, and they would help greatly in resolving your particular issue!
