Ios I purchased the special pack for season 1 and says I don't have the episodes

Season 1 special pass bundle it says I bought the 2-5 bundle and then I also bought the 2-5+400 days which I only intended to buy the 2-5+400 days and when I load up the game on my IPhone 6 it says I don't have them. I'd like for my money back for the 2-5 and to have 2-5+400 day to work
