Mess up?
On the game, I chose to tell Lady Forester about Lord Forester's secret by accident. When I went to redo it, I chose not to and just gave her the sword. However, on my choices page, it says I told her along with 11% of people playing. What happened?

It's probably a bug. Did you use the same save file, perhaps?
You replayed the episode with diferent choices? If thats the case then thats not a bug.
The choices page also said I took an item from Margaery's table, but I have no item. There's definitely some bugs there.
It says I starved the Whitehills but I got the in-game dialogue saying I kept them dull on wine (which I did).
