MAC 10.6.8

So, episode 3 is out and the game still doesn´t work on MAC 10.6.8...great job, Telltale!

(Also, please don´t point me towards any fixes of how to download Eps 2+3, I can download it just fine, that is not the issue.)

  • So you tell us some things that aren't the issue, but what exactly is? The only way the devs can help you is if you actually tell them what's wrong.

    @grifter I apologize for the delayed response, a potential fix to the Mac version of the game was pushed live today so that 10.6.8 players will now be able to play the game successfully through the Steam Client. Can you please try fully closing out of Steam, then restarting it? After you start Steam again, you should receive an update to Game of Thrones. After the update finishes downloading, please start the game again, and see if you are able to play the game successfully. If you still experience the issue, please reply here.

    My apologies for the delayed response, we have found recently that the game will not run on Mac OS X 10.6.8, and the minimum system requirements to run the game are in fact Mac OS X 10.7, or above. I recommend updating to Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, (or higher if your computer has the ability to), or playing on a computer at or above the minimum system requirements, and you will be able to run the game successfully.
