Episode 3 Not Playing
Downloaded and installed Episode 3, but when I try to play the game, it tells me I must download the episode, when I go to the episode list it says, "downloaded, but not installed". Even though it shows installed in my notifications as well as in the PS store. Really disappointed that I bought the season pass if this is how it's going to work when new episodes come out.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you downloaded Episode 3 from the Playstation Store, or directly from the in-game Episodes menu? If you downloaded from the Playstation Store, you may need to restart your console, then start the game again, and it should update to show the episode as downloaded and installed in-game and allow you to play.
I downloaded it from within the game.
Same problem, downloaded in-game because I couldn't find it on the Playstation Store, though when I checked from the website it only showed Ps 4 version (I have Ps 3).
Same problem here. I've deleted and re-downloaded several times, restarted my console and everything. Wont work. The game said that is was under maintenance a couple times, but I didn't believe it haha.
My apologies for the delayed response. Have you started the game while connected to the internet to make sure you have updated the game to the latest version? After doing so, you should be able to download Episode 3 from the in-game Episodes menu. If you still experience an issue, and the episode says 'Downloaded but not Installed' in the Episodes menu, are you able to select Episode 3 from the Episodes menu in order to install the game?
I'm having the same issue as the Op. I have been connected to the internet, i downloaded and installed the episode however it still says " Purchased, but not downloaded" from the in game episode menu. When I try to download it, it takes me to the Playstation Store where it says 'installed'. I have restarted the ps4 a few times. I really don't want to reinstall the entire game to make this work. This is super frustrating, any help would be great
Any resolution on this? I just redownloaded the game for the third time, redownloaded episode 3 for the third time, and still can't play the damn episode. This is ridiculous. Is there a solution out there?
Can you please clarify if you have also downloaded and installed the latest update file for Game of Thrones? Also, please make sure you have tried all possible ways of downloading the episode:
1) Downloading it from the in-game Episodes Menu
2) From the Playstation Store App on your PS3
3) From the Playstation Store Website
If you still experience issues downloading the episode, could you please clarify the country/region you are currently located in, and if you are connected to the internet via a wired connection, or a wireless network connection.
