Episode 3 won't download for XBOX360

When I boot up the game, it says I have content available for download. I go to the "Download Content" bar, which shows Episode 3 as "Available Now!" However, whenever I select download it will not let me purchase it or begin the download. All it has is a red circle w/slash through it (like not available sign).

I've tried restarting my console several times, and disconnecting/reconnecting from my internet as well. Any ideas what's up and/or if we can get an estimated repair date/time?

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately Episode 3 was not yet available yesterday. Episode 3 is now available to download from the Xbox Marketplace, and if you haven't tried yet, you should now be able to successfully download and play the episode.
