PS3 - Won't Download Ep.3
I have the season pass, I've went to episode 3 and selected "Download", loading icon appears briefly then this message comes up:
"We're sorry, this product cannot be purchased at this time."
Tried several times, signed out and in etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,
Having a bit of an issue on the PS3, where on the game screen it says 'Purchased but not downloaded' on the game screen but then when I click to update it says could not download content.
This is AFTER I looked on the PS store to see if it was on there but to no avail - it's not showing up anywhere! Any advice? I bought the season pass at launch if that makes any difference.
Having a similar problem on PS3 EU. It says 'purchased but not downloaded' in the game menu. When I select download, it then re-routes me to the ps store. I click download there and an empty menu shows up with 'close' the only option there.
There's always something with these games.

Also getting black screen when I try and launch the game now. Won't go further than that.
Always some freaking problem with telltale games. Getting soon tired of it.

Now tried reinstalling each individual part, same issue, still not downloading ep. 3 and still blank screen after installing necessary update after reinstalling. It's unplayable as it stands, can a moderator get in touch and let us know what to do?

Hello, I have the black screen problem as well, worst thing was I downloaded yesterday and already beat it once but won't let me play again... any ideas or help
are you from EU? if so as far as episode 3 goes it seems like the store hasn't completely update yet.. atleast over here in germany..
edit: WOW.. nice trick sony/telltale.. the in game shop told me episode 3 is avaible now, purchased it, they took my money but there's no download.. after I bought it the in game shop tells me episode 3 is coming soon..
btw luckily no black screen problem for me..

it seems like the psn store hasn't fully updated yet.. hope they fix it and I dont have to spend another 4.99 ..

Game of thrones episode is out already on ps3 but when i try to press the download button this Message come up "we re sorry this product cannot be purchased at this time". Really annoying that telltale always has something that isn't working..

but to be fair you cant really blame telltale for that.. its sony's fault.. the store update isnt 100% through or the store is messing around ( atleast in germany )
I understand its totally annoying cause I really wanted to play episode 3 today too..

happening to everyone using the EU store at the moment im sure. Surprised at the lack of communication here with the staff about this issue since its a pretty big deal. Getting fed up with all the PS3 issues, might buy the PC version instead if it aint solved by tomorrow. Since they actually seem to know how to release the content there
At least the problem seems to have been sort of identified and we know it's a psn issue. Hopefully nobody else goes deleting their game and reinstalling cause that's not gonna work. Really disappointing again from Telltale though not planning ahead. The simplest thing.
Telltale always seems to have major issues with Playstation EU, wonder why.

Hello, I brought the season pass for GOT back when episode 1 launched, I had no issues downloading episodes 1 or 2 but for some reason i am unable to download episode 3.
I have tried both on my PS3 system & via the psn web store & on both devices when i click on add to basket I get the error 'you are not eligible to purchase or download this item'.
i am able to re-download both episodes 1 & 2 if i want but episode 3 just doesn't want to know. anyone got any ideas?

Apparently all EU PS3 users are unable to download episode three after purchasing (season pass or paid seperatly). Although I suspect this is a fault from PSN, I am quite suprised Telltale did not say anything on the matter, since such a large share of their customers are unable to play their product after buying it.

It's not even showing as 'purchased but not downloaded anymore' it's back to 'coming soon'. Anyone else got this?
Isn't the issue probably exactly the same thing it was with the last episode? You know, the one that also didn't really get released on the release date..
true.. always issues with ps3.. it took 3 weeks til GOT episode 1 was avaible here in germany.. sony didnt care..
Same problem here. I am from Australia and our PSN is managed by EU store. I cannot download it either. Annoying!!! I really wanted to play this today! Please sort this out soon Telltale, it's getting annoying. And it's only Telltale, it's not PSN. I have been downloading other games just fine from PSN store.

it is sony's fault more than it is telltale's.. sony said the release date for episode 3 is today/yesterday but they didnt upload the data or forgot to.. you can buy episode 3 from the game (under episodes) and when you get to the store there's nothing to download.. same with episode 1 in december, sony offered the season passes for GOT & TFTBL but they didnt upload the game files.. took up to 3 weeks in some EU countries..
well its up on the ps4 so its more like PSN EU got more and more issues as far as ps3 goes.. the ps3 store crashes alot when I browse,to the point where my console freezes, store updates are slow as hell..we gotta face that they dont really care for ps3 anymore.. ps4 is the priority now..
if ps4 got the problem it would be well known by now..

Can someone from telltale fix this, or even someone from sony i don't care I just want to play my game. bad enough america gets it a few days before why make us wait anymore, it's like you want us to get hit by spoilers. JUST FIX IT NOW PLEASE!
I guess all we have to do is wait on PlayStation to fix the download issue. When I called them on the 25th they said something about telltales not giving them the times and went on about something about the 24th, don't know if that was a time difference thing since I'm in Australia, but PlayStation didn't seem that in the know of it. But they did say that if its paid for, it will be like a preorder and the icon will change to download when its available, just don't know when it will change
But it does seem to be a PSN EU problem not telltale
This is pretty poor once more from ps and telltale especially after the launch fiasco.
Just get the release dates right, if there are problems then say so and delay the release date, don't on the other hand let me believe it's all there ready to go when it quite clearly isn't.
Very frustrating.
Also stop taking the money until the product is ready for sale!
We'll all just hang around until someone at Sony and telltale can be arsed to sort it out.
If it's anything like last time it'll take 2 or 3 weeks for some reason.
It's Sony's fault because the Episode 3 (Ps3) is available in the UK Store so i guess they just forgot to add it to some other countrys again (Germanyfor example) or is in some of the affected countrys Episode 3 for ps3 available and just the Season Pass doesn't work?
