Episode 3 ps3 Problem with downloading

Hi, I buy each episode from ps store as they come out.
On 25.3.15 I paid £3.99 to buy episode 3, but it did change
To purchased like usual when you buy something of the
Store. I got a confirmation email saying I have purchased it
But it is not in my download list and just appears on the store
as not purchased. I even checked my accounts transaction
History and it says iv purchased the episode.

I rang Sony and they said it was something to do with the file
Telltale have given them. I basically have to wait.

Anyone else had a similar problem ?or has anyone bought
Episode 3 for ps3 and it worked?

    Oh wow, I thought it was just me! I bought Episode 3 and literally as soon as the 'Thank You' page came up, my PS3 decided to crash before generating a download for me to click on. When I restarted, it wasn't on my download list and everything happened as you just described.

    I e-mailed Sony, quoting my order number, and found the game about an hour ago back in my download list where it belongs. I was thinking it was Sony that finally dealt with it but yeah, not complaining, got my game and enjoying it.

    There was a small issue on the Playstation Store where Episode 3 was not able to be downloaded from the Store, but it has since been resolved, and if you have not yet tired again, you should now be able to successfully download Episode 3 either from the in-game Episodes menu, or from the Playstation Store on your console.
