Ep3 Empty Save Files

I recently downloaded Ep3 of Game of Thrones from Steam and when I loaded up the game I found that all of my save files are empty. However, there are save files present in the Telltale folder on my PC and my choices/achievements are visible in Steam. Is there any way to get the save files back in the game, so that I don't have to replay the 1st and 2nd episode?

    I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. Your save files should be stored, and in tact inside of your save file directory. If you are currently unable to use the save files in the Steam version of the game, I recommend try Verifying your Game Cache, then restart the game, and see if you are then able to use your save files.

    If you still experience the issue, please also try deleting the 'GameOfThrones_patch.mft' from your 'Game of Thrones' folder located here:

    C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Telltale Games\Game of Thrones\

    Then restart the game while connected to the internet, and you should be able to successfully play Episode 3 with your save files.
