Unable to play episode 2 PS4

Hi there, I bought the ep 2 in PSN, I have downloaded it and paid for it.

When I log into the game it prompts for installation in order to play, But it was already installed and downloaded at 100%. What should I do, Sony is saying tat my licenses are fine, I have tried rebooting them as well and downloading both episodes. Please help I really want to pla.

  • My advice is to re-download the game. I faced a similar issue with Saints Row: Gat out of hell- where the game was 100% downloaded, but for some reason I couldn't start any of the missions in the game. I had to delete the game and re-install it for it to work.

  • Unfortunately sony wont help, I talked with them. How do I get in contact with tell tale support :S

    @Messam I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I recommend try deleting the entire game from your PS4 (This will not delete your save files), then re-download and re-install Episode 1 from the Playstation Store. After the game has downloaded and installed both Episode 1 and the update has completed downloading, please start the game and go to the Episodes menu. Episode 2 should now say 'Purchased but not downloaded'. You will then be able to select Episode 2, and it should begin downloading through the in-game download, and after it has finished installing you should be able to play Episode 2 successfully.
