iPad downloading failed

Thread: Cannot download episode 3 on ios
I have tried uninstalling episode 2 and other large game files, closed all background applications, restarted device, powered down and also used two different Internet connections, all with no joy. Screen shows purchasing and then says failed to download content. Please help, I have tried to purchase it about 15 times now
@Annak130068 and @kimierin Can you please clarify if you have tried closing any and all applications open and running in the background, then resetting your iOS device by turning it off, and back on again? If you still experience the issue, could you please clarify which iOS device/iPad model you are currently playing on, and what iOS version the devices are currently updated to?
@Eyeball_27 If you have already tried closing all applications running in the background, and restarting the device in order to clear your devices cache, and are still experiencing the issue, can you please clarify which iOS device you are currently using, and what OS version that device is currently updated to?
I have the same problem, i have lettest version, there are no new updates i am on a ipad air and Cannot download, i have tried all the things you descriped and still it won't download episode 3. Help needed
My apologies, have you tried connecting to a different WiFi network, and seeing if that connection is stronger with our servers, and allows you to download the Episode successfully?
