Help it's happening again! I bought episode 3 and just like prior episodes the download is failing! Please helpstrong text

    Can you post a screenshot of the error message you are seeing or describe how it is failing? Any assistance you can give us will help us figure out the problem.

    I ended up closing out the app and restarted my iPad after a couple attempts it fully loaded! Thank you for the promotion response however
