San't download W&G in My games?

Hi. I purchased W&G a while back, but never really played it. I would loke to redownload it, but the site will not let me, as it is not listed in the "My Games" section, but my purchase is. Help please.

    At some point, did you write in and ask for the preorder freebies to be turned into gift codes? It looks like whoever took care of that for you (could even have been me ;)) accidentally deleted Wallace & Gromit from the order instead of the Strong Bad episode. It can't be "undeleted" but I added a new copy of Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures to the order, so it should show up on your My Games list now (with a new serial number).

    Thank you so much! I can now download them, and I'm gonna go test it on my new PC which is being patched right now!
