Cannot connect to telltale account (Xbox 360)
When ever I try to connect to my TellTale account, It says : "The game is having a problem communicating with the Telltale server. Please visit http://ttg.io/cs for more information." (YES I am connected to the internet)
List of things I have tried:
Unlinking my Xbox Live account from my Telltale account (It linked my accounts, but not logged in on the game)
Using my username instead of email (Invalid email, it says)
I cleared my system's Cache (Nothing happened)
I pressed start instead of pressing sign in with the A button (Did not work)
Restarting the system, switched Televisions, change location of said console
Restarted my internet and router (Also prioritized the system)
I have emailed Telltale support, but that was only a couple days ago, I have not expected a responce yet.
Side note: I have this problem with both Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones. So uninstalling probably WILL NOT work.
This problem is really annoying, so help soon would be fantastic, Thank you!

I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. Can you please clarify if you are connected to the internet through a wired connection, or a wireless internet connection? If you are using a wireless connection, and you have tried moving your console closer to your wireless access point and it did not improve the connection strength and allow you to connect to our servers, have you tried connecting through a wired internet connection?
I am using a wireless connection, have not tried a wired one, but I cannot move the console closer as I have no place to put it.
My apologies, you can also try resetting both your console, and your wireless access point (router/modem), as well as disable the WiFi on any other devices you may have connected to the network. Then restart the game, and see if you receive a stronger connection with our servers, and are ale to connect successfully.
Unfortunately if that does not work, my only other suggestion would be to try connecting it via a wired connection, and you should not experience this same issue.
