My ps4 disc doesn't load save files !!!

First of all, sorry for my rusty english... I'm french.
I bought The Walking Dead PS4 disc from the 30th of october 2014.
Since this day, I CAN'T play the game BECAUSE it doesn't load my season 1 save files.
Last year I played The Walking Dead PS3 disc (on my PS3).
I choose the PS4 disc for season 2 to have maximum quality... I regret 
I'm waiting from october 2014 for your update to correct this bug... WHEN are you going to do the work ???
Please let me add a little more information:
1) Almost all PS4 gamers are now "Premium" gamers, as we need it to play online on many games.
With this "Premium" profil, we can save games data on sony server. Why can't your PS4 game load PS3 data from the "premium" server ?
2) I bought Little Big Planet 3 on PS4. When launching the game for the first time, it asks for loading data from LBP1 (played on PS3)... and SUCCEED!
PLEAAAASSSE can you make it work for The Walking Dead ???
What I'm going to do with my PS4 disc if you don't ? throw it to trash can ?
