I don't think Mira will die. At most I think she'll leave for King's Landing before Season 2 (hopefully we'll get one).
I think we'll still have major problems with Sera and Margaery, possibly being betrayed/betraying someone. And being targeted by more than 3 guards is not good at all.
Maybe Tom's masters will bother to show up, and maybe take us away?
Unless Mira goes away with some original character (like the Merchant) or finds herself in better terms with Margaery or some other noble, I can't see she doing anything else but moving on to another place (maybe back home, maybe with Littlefinger or some of Varys' minions, etc).
