The wolf among us doesn't work on iOS

i bought the Multi-Pack on iOS 8.2. When I try to open the game a black screen appears then the app crashes. I believe this is a common problem for everyone else (I can see this through the discussions raised). I have tried every IT obvious solutions from restarting the device after 3 minutes and cleaning all the apps in the background to resetting the wireless. Nothing helped!. Please solve this problem because it's getting R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S

    Can you please clarify which iOS device you are currently playing on? Also, can you please clarify if you are able to see the screen where it says 'The Game is best played with Headphones'? Or do you only see a black screen, then crash?

    My apologies, unfortunately it appears that in your original post, you have tried all of our usual potential solutions to resolve the issue. Please first make sure that the game is updated to the latest version, then restart the game app and see if you are able to successfully start the app. If you are still unable to launch the application, you may need to delete the app from your device, and re-download it from the Apple iTunes App Store. (Please note that this will delete any save games you have inside the game.

    If deleting and re-downloading the app didn't work, please also try the following steps in-order, to make sure that you are attempting to start the game while your device is at optimum performance:

    1) Delete the game application from your device.
    2) Re-download the game application from the App Store. (Do not open the game app after it has finished downloading)
    3) Double tap the Home button, and swipe up on all other apps open and running in the background.
    4) Turn off your device, and leave it off for 5-10 minutes to allow the cache to clear.
    5) Turn the device back on.
    6) Go to your Settings menu, then turn your WiFi off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on, and make sure that you have re-connected to the WiFi network you are currently connected to.
    7) Tap on The Wolf Among Us app to start it.

    Hopefully you will now be able to successfully start and play the game!

    If you still experience any issues with it opening after trying the above steps, I recommend contacting Apple Support for more suggestions on making sure you are getting the best performance out of your iOS device at the time of opening the app.
