In my game, I took Tyrion up on his offer of aid. Has anyone hear spurned his offer from the start? If so, where does that lead?

There is no option to decline his offer in Episode 2.
It ended up the same way. You are forced by the game to form an alliance with him in episode 2 and Margaery is still pissed at you in episode 3.
Thanks - I was thinking of creating a separate save to not take Tyrion up on his offer. I will pass on that now.
