game has a problem
ok so i open game of thrones and when im in the menu of the game when it is showing the characters on the game there is and black outline on every character so i thought it was a glitch so i clicked on play game and when the game started showing the scene the characters had a dark black outline on them and on everything in the game tents, trees... etc i have tried uninstalling it and installing and it aint working please help me support. thank you

My apologies, it appears that you copied the incorrect link to your uploaded file from the file hosting website. The download link to your file should look like this:
Ex: www.sendspace.com/file/123abc

Unfortunately it looks like you uploaded the Support Tool .exe file itself. The instructions in the thread I linked above has steps on how to download that file onto your computer, then you will need to double-click it in order to run it, and a command window will open and run on your computer. After the Support Tool has finished running, it will output a .zip file that you would then upload to sendspace.com.
If you would rather, could you possibly take a screenshot when you see the issue you are experiencing (Ctrl+PrtScn) then open Paint on your computer, and paste the screenshot into the paint program, save it as a .jpg file, then upload it to Sendspace? We would then be able to download the screenshot, and visually see the issue you are experiencing. Again, my apologies for any difficulties this has caused.
i just gave up on trying to fix it. is there anyway i can just get a refund?

i purchased it through steam so do i still contact your staff support??
