**PLEASE HELP** Glitchy achievement.

in Game of Thrones - Xbox One Support

I am having an issue with Game of Thrones. I am on the Xbox One and my gamertag is FEARE0N with a zero in place of the o. I have played the entire first episode and when I have the achievements snapped while playing it says I have all 8 achievements for 200GS. However the achievement "A Lord's Judgement" never pooped up on my screen. When I look at my achievements it says I have 7 unlocked for 180GS. When I click on the game from the achievements page it shows I have 8 unlocked but says 7 and 180GS. The achievement has a time stamp as well but I never got the 20 point achievement credited to my overall GS. I have played the chapter 3 times, did an entire new play through, hard reset my Xbox, uninstalled and re-installed the game, changed my profile while in the game menu and signed back in and nothing. Then just a few mins I came back online and now all the achievement except the first 3 you unlock has disappeared from my feed. I would appreciate if you could fix this for me please. I am a big Game of Thrones fan and this is the first game of yours I have got. This situation is making me second guess any future purchases. Thank you.

    @FEARE0N I apologize for any inconveniences you have experienced. If you are seeing on your Achievements page that you currently have 8 unlocked, but on your Achievements menu it says 7, there may have been a moment when you were either disconnected from the internet when you unlocked this achievement, and your gamerscore may not have been updated properly. If you are seeing a timestamp, but have not received the 20 gamerscore added to your Xbox Live profile, please contact Microsoft Support, and they will be able to assist you with your issue, and provide more information on how to receive your missing gamerscore.

    If I have a timestamp that means I was connected to the internet doesn't it? There was no disconnection at the time the achievement should of popped, I watched the achievement fill the bar when it was snapped like all the other achievements it just never showed on screen or was added to my profile.

    My apologies, unfortunately it appears that in your original post, you have already tried all of our potential solutions. I recommend try resetting your console, then try going to your Achievements menu again, and see if it updates properly to show both the Achievement and the Gamerscore as unlocked/added to your profile. If you are still unable to see everything properly updated/added to your profile, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly for more information. Please note that as stated in This Microsoft Xbox Support Article:

    In some instances, you may meet the requirements to unlock an achievement but not immediately receive a notice or update to your gamerscore. The Xbox Live service validates the unlocking of achievements and, though rare, delays can occur. Don’t worry – your progress has been recorded and the achievement will be awarded shortly, usually in less than 24 hours.
