Episode 2 Freezes

I am trying to start Episode 2, but it keeps freezing on the loading screen after you select the episode. I've tried deleting/reinstalling the game and it didn't fix it. I've even reinitialized my PS4, but it's still stuck on the loading screen. The background music still plays, however.

    I got it working. I changed my DNS server to Google's from Verizon's and it seems to run fine now.

    I've got BL2 crashing every time I play it now.

    How did you fix this on the PS4? Specifically; when you select manual configuration for the network, which is the only way to enter the Google DNS IP, you have to specify your own IP. How would I know what my PS4 IP is?
