Episode 4 crashes

I'm very disapointed. I tried everything, but everytime I rescued Sarah and jumped from the roof the game crashes. I reinstalled the epidode twice I deinstalled and reinstalled the game after I deletetd the data and restarted the tablet, but nothing works. A lot if people seems to have problems with the game, seems to be very buggy. Not acceptable for this price. I play on a LG Pad 8.0 with enough memory. Is there anything I can do?

    Thread: TWD Ep 5 crash after Clem's flashback

    Hi all,i have a frustating problem with TWD ep5...after Arvo shoot clem...start the flashback...all right...at the end of this,clem try to open the eyes and then it crash...i've paied 12$ for the season pass...and at least i would to finish the game,so pls help me
    P.S:sorry for the English but i'm a 14 italian...

    Same problem...but my game crash every time after the flashback with Lee is finished...please Telltale help us!we paied forma a game andò at least se want to finish it!

    @Danypool My apologies, unfortunately it appears that your Android device's GPU does not meet the minimum system requirements to successfully run the game. Where we require a minimum of a Mali-T600 series GPU or equivalent, your current device uses a Mali-T400 series GPU. Playing on a device below the minimum specs may allow you to play, but you may experience performance/stability issues such as the one you are describing. I recommend either playing on a device that is above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support for more assistance, or any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests.

    @heizzr Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will NOT delete your save data)
