No help from support
I've emailed support now 4 times. The last 2 were about obtaining a refund, since it's now been almost 2 weeks since I've been dealing with the black screen and unable to play. Still haven't gotten a response. I'm completely turned off to Telltale now and just want my money back, but I'm continuously being ignored from support. While I understand tech support must be jammed, I paid money for a product that doesn't work, and I would like someone to get back to me about obtaining a refund already so I can spend that money on a game I can actually play. Thanks.

If your using a play-station or Xbox then I think you need to go through them to get a refund. You go through who you bought the game with to get a refund. Calling them will get faster results too
according to "telltalemike's" posts he said we had to contact support.

If you purchased the game for the PS3 platform, from the Sony Playstation Store, you will need to contact Sony Support directly for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests for games purchased through the Playstation Store.
