My game play stuck when red arrow appear

Hi there. I was playing the episode 4 on first act, When clementine chased by zombie and there's red arrow appear told me to swipe down. I have swiped it. A lot of times. But the game doesn't respond it and me (in other hand is clementine) just got eaten. Again and again as I tried a couple times. And I tried to swipe harder. Believe me I tried. But the zombie just too fast to eat clem when red arrow appear. Is the game even playable guys? Please help!
*I'm using Samsung Galaxy core duos

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions to resolve your issue:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will NOT delete your save data)
