I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. As stated on the game's FAQ Page, the minimum system requirements are 'OS: Lion (10.7.X)'. I recommend either updating if your system has the ability to, or contacting our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests for games purchased from our website. Please make sure to include the email address used, and Order ID number that you received at the time of purchase, in the email to support.
