file corrupted

i bought it today 15.04.2015 and after download i get this error ad i downloaded again and i get the same error
help please?

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are seeing this error message, please first make sure that you have disabled any anti-virus or internet firewall programs open and running that may be blocking your download from completing successfully/completely. Then retry downloading the installer from our website to ensure you have a full installer file. (Please make sure you have first deleted the old installer) Then try running the installer again. If you still experience the same issue, you can also try running the installer in a Compatibility Mode on your computer.
did everything as instructed and i still get the same msg
You can also try using a different web browser to access the website and download the file from, or clear the cache/cookies from your current browser, then try downloading it again.
If you believe you are receiving the full complete download, you can also try running the installer in a Compatibility Mode, and see if you do not see the same messaging.
had to download safari but at the end i did it and i already finished the game, now i am back for replaying it ^_^
its ok so far i mean i played just 3 episodes ant wait for more it looks promising
