No sound even after deleting and reinstalling

Hi, I am using an ipad with the newest vs. of IOS and after downloading and playing episode 3, the sound has disappeared. I restarted and turned on and off the wifi multiple times and just deleted and reinstalled the game, to no avail. I also tried to play in a new save slot, which didn't work either. Please advise.

EDIT: I am having the same problem with The Walking Dead!!

    Have you checked to see if you have system sounds muted? System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well. Please insure system sounds are not muted by visiting Apple's Support Page on this feature for complete instructions.
