Game doesn't recognize I have Season Pass
Hi,
I've been trying to get to the unlocks for pre sequel, but every time I try in Tales it says I need to buy the Season pass... which I already have.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you purchased the Telltale Collection Bundle, and received the Season Pass through the Collection Bundle, or did you purchase the Season Pass for Tales From The Borderlands individually? If you were able to download Episode 2 without purchasing it separately, your account does own the Season Pass regardless of the in-game messaging. Please also make sure that you have met all of the requirements to receive the unlocks in the Exclusive Unlocks Loot Thread.
I bought Individually, through the PS Store.
We are currently looking into an issue where the Exclusive Unlocks page says you must buy the Season Pass even after your account does own it. If you were able to download and install Episode 2 successfully, your account does own the Season Pass, and you will receive your unlocks for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel in your SHiFT account. Please also make sure that you have started both the Pre-Sequel, and Tales From The Borderlands while connected to the internet, to ensure you have updated them to the latest version. Then make sure you are logged into your SHiFT account, and you should see the unlocks there.
Thanks for the reassurance, I can't log in to shift due to the "buy season pass screen" but I do have episode 2 (Very good btw).
Tales From The Borderlands does not have an option to log into your SHiFT account. You will need to start Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, and your unlocks should appear in the SHiFT Vending Machine in Concordia in-game.
