DOWNLOAD ISSUES

I am trying to download episode 3 and the connection keeps timing out and failing. I've restarted my computer but it still gives me the same message.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Are you currently connected to the internet via a wireless network connection, or a wired connection? If you are using a wireless connection to download the episode, please try resetting your wireless network access point (router/modem), and attempt the download again, and see if you receive a stronger connection with our servers. If the issue persists and you are using a wireless connection, please also try connecting through an Ethernet cord, and your connection should improve, along with your download speeds.
