Episode 2-5 Coming Soon?!
Whoah this is crazy Tell Tale, I loved your games especially Walking Dead Season 1 and purchased the second episode. But what now? I downloaded WD S1 from the Google Play Store and launched the game and found out that episodes 2-5 are coming soon??! Why did you stop supporting my country? Please let me buy it I'm currently on:

I apologize for the delayed response, and any difficulties caused by this. Can you please clarify what country/region you are currently located in? Also, you said that you purchased Episode 2 of Season One from the Google Play Store, did you mean that you downloaded Season Two of The Walking Dead from the Google Play Store? Also, which Android device in particular are you currently using to play the game applications? After we receive this information, we will be able to assist you further.
Thank you for your response. My country is Philippines, sorry what I meant was I purchased Episode 2 on an Apple device but want to purchase too on Android. I downloaded the Season One of Walking Dead from the Play Store, and my device is Allwinner RQ-713 Royqueen.
I have checked with the team, and The Walking Dead: Season One Episodes 1-5 should be available in your region. If you are seeing any episodes as Coming Soon, please try Force Closing the game application, then connecting to a different WiFi network than the current one you are connected to. After you are connected, start the game app, and it should update to show the rest of the episodes as available to purchase/download.

Your particular region has been supported for some time now, and there should not be any region restrictions on the game for you.
I've got the same problem as this guy. I live in Belgium and i've already purchased every episode of season 1. After re-installing the game after some time and trying to restore my purchases, nothing happened. I tried your, how did you call it, walk around? I tried doing what you said to this guy... Nothing worked.
I'm not very sure how i should adress this issue on this website, so i'm trying this way.

Can you please clarify if you are currently using an iOS device, or an Android device? Also, which device in particular are you using?
If you are on an iOS device, you should be able to follow the steps in This iOS Cannot Restore Workaround.
If you are experiencing an issue restoring your purchase on an Android device, please try proceeding through the purchase path again, and as long as you are logged into the same Google Play account that you purchased the episodes with, you should be alerted that you have already purchased this episode before, and then you will be alerted that you can download the episode again for free. If you are not alerted that you have already purchased this item, please check your purchase history before proceeding through the purchase path, and/or contact Google Play Support for further assistance regarding this issue.
It's sad to know that, Telltale never allowed us to get all the episodes for free for a limited time on WD S1. Why would you want use to purchase an individual item which is expensive? I got ep 2 back but all the others aren't free. The game is misleading, it is categorized us Free Games. Then after foolingly download it, you get to buy ANOTHER episode after enjoying the ep 1. Telltale, your games will easily be forgotten if you keep doing this. Why wouldn't you just make the game paid but after paying you get all episodes? Think about it.
Each Episode is $4.99, or the equivalent currency in your particular country/region. The Multi-Pack is a one-time purchase which will give you all of the episodes of the Season, and you will be able to download them all if you purchase the pack. Unfortunately at this time we have not announced plans to make Episodes 2-5 free.
My point is you would make a LOT of people happy when you release all the episodes for WD S1 for a limited time, why? Because millions of people uninstalled after they found out it's misleading. That's not a good strategy for business, you need to find another angle.

I download WD S1 from the Google Play Store and the space size is 10.88 MB. After the installation, I launched it and got this weird issue. It said, "Download failed because there no resources to be downloaded", it was something like that. Can you fix that? Thanks. Just want to confirm that the episodes 2-5 doesn't say Coming Soon anymoremso that the time is worth waiting.
My apologies, you may be receiving that error message if your device currently does not have enough space for the install to complete successfully. Please note that the base game application (Episode 1) that you download from the Google Play Store is larger than 1GB in size, and you will need adequate space on your device in order to download the game. If you currently have 10.88mb space on your device, I recommend clearing another 1GB or more on your internal memory in order to have sufficient space for the app to download successfully.

Unfortunately it appears I am out of potential solutions to resolve your issue. I recommend contacting Google Play Support for further assistance with the particular Error message "Download failed because there no resources to be downloaded", and they should be able to assist you further with that particular issue. My apologies I was not able to resolve your issue.
Hi i am having this problem on my ipad air 2 running ios 8.3 i purchased the multi pack bundle and its still saying coming soon. Ep 2-5 and 400days is still coming soon even after the payment. Please help me cause i really want to play this game
My apologies, please make sure that you have updated the game to the latest version available from the App Store, and also make sure that you are connected to a strong WiFi network connection when starting the game to make sure that you receive the latest patch data from our servers. You can also try connecting to a different WiFi network connection, and see if that connection is stronger and allows the game to communicate successfully and update the episodes to show as available to download.
