Can't find UK in Monkey Island pre-order reg

Alright. I'm trying to buy the pre-release monkey island bundle. When I get to the billing address page I can't find an option for United Kingdom in the country drop down menu. Scotland or Britain arn't there either. Any ideas?

    They use Great Britain instead of UK.

    It's kind of annoying trying to pick our name out of long lists right now. It could be listed as "UK", "United Kingdom", "Britain", "GB", "Great Britain", or sometimes even erroneously "England".
    Lots of places in the alphabet to look under!
