De-activation

Once you have played the game,and totally removed it from the PC by uninstalling -can it de-activated so it can be used on another PC.

Or does these games have zero second hand value ?

    The serial numbers work multiple times, so yes, it can be used on another PC. But the game will still be linked to your account, so trying to trade or sell it isn't exactly straightforward. Of course, if you get the Collector's DVD at the end of the season, you can always trade/sell that (it's doesn't use online activation, anyway).
