can't play episode 2
I purchased the first season and was able to play episode 1 but it won't continue to episode 2 and all episodes 2-5 are listed as 'coming soon'. How do i play/access them?

Can you please clarify what platform you are playing the game on? (PC/Mac/PS3/Xbox/iOS/Android?) If you are on a mobile device, can you please clarify which device, and what OS version you are running? Also, if you are on PC/Mac, can you please clarify if you are playing the Telltale Games version, or the Steam version? After we receive this information, we will be able to assist you further.
i am using a Mac and i am playing the Telltale Games version

Thank you for providing the extra information. If you are playing on the Mac Telltale Games version, please make sure that you start the game while connected to the internet so that you receive the latest updates and patches available for the game. After doing this, Episodes 2-5 should update to show as available in-game. If you still see the Episodes as 'Coming Soon' in-game, please try deleting the 'SyncFs' folder from the game's file directory here:
~Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/The Walking Dead/
Then restart the game while connected to the internet, and a new 'SyncFs' folder will be created for you with the proper files to show the episodes as available in-game.
i managed to open some executive file whilst connected to the internet and now all episodes are listed as 'purchased' and just need to be downloaded. Thank you for your help

If i buy season 2 on disc will my decisions from my downloaded season 1 be carried over to season 2?
Yes, the save files from a digital download version of Season One will be able to be imported successfully into the disc version of Season Two as they use the same save file directory as the disc version of Season One.

I too have that problem but I'm using iOS and not Mac can you tell me why it's saying coming soon I've been waiting for atleast 4 months
If you are currently seeing any Walking Dead: Season One episodes as Coming Soon on iOS, please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are then able to successfully download the later episodes. You can also try connecting to a different WiFi network connection, and see if that connection is stronger and allows the app to update and show Episodes 2-5 as available to download in-game.
