Episode 2 downloaded but not installing?

Hey, just downloaded the 2nd episode there and when i go tp play it i get this message http://i.imgur.com/JreDdPi.jpg.
When i hit accept, it returns me to the main menu, and dosent actually do anything, i just try to play the episode again and get the same message and it puts me back to the main menu, and when i cancel it, it does nothing, as in, just closes the message, and thats it.

Please help, I just got the games and Im dying to play them

    Please make sure you have followed the steps in This Thread on how to download and install the latest PC/Mac Patch available. After you have followed the steps, you should be able to start Episode 2 successfully.
