Can I order S&M DVD season 2 upgrade now and get it later?

I'd like to order the Sam & Max season 2 episode upgrade with DVD. In order to save on shipping costs, I'd like to have it shipped together with the Tales of Monkey Island DVD once it is ready to ship. On the other hand, I'd like to play the Sam & Max season 2 episodes now. So is there a way to order now and get the DVD later?

    You can pay the upgrade fee now to get the full season - then you can download all the episodes and play them that way. You don't have to get the DVD straight away. You can order that (for free) later when the ToMI DVD comes out and get them shipped together and just pay for shipping at that point.
